Hi All! There is a lot that's happening at Lacuna.
• We have brought on a new team member: Bonnie. She is our new business development manager. She has been tasked with overseeing customer service, assisting inside sales and helping with outside client acquisition. We will posting more about her soon but are excited to have her onboard.
• Needless to say the last year and a half has been challenging but moving forward we see bluer skies and calmer waters. We have challenged our team to finish 2023 strong and move into 2024 with excitement and tenacity. The biggest and most obvious change is our website. We were well aware of the inadequacy and many issues associated with our previous site / platform and have taken tremendous steps to improve the experience for both our retail and wholesale customers. We will continue to improve and update our new platform daily.
• The new year will bring new products across the board. We have been formulating and tweaking over ten new products and will be rolling them out over the next 6 months. From shampoos and wellness to new items for the family pets.
• Moving forward we are working diligently to drastically improve our shipping times, increase our customer interactions, provide a much higher level of wholesale support, and ultimately create a better experience for our Lacuna Botanicals Family!
