Emu Oil has been used for thousands of years by the Aborigines of Australia to help with a range of ailments. While we appreciate the value of Emu Oil, we felt there had to be a plant based alternative. We soon found that there was nothing commercially available that suited our needs. This paved the way for us to start down our own R&D path. After numerous iterations we finally perfected what we feel is a superior alternative to Emu Oil. Epi•Trans- our newest formulation, was created to replace the Emu Oil in our Deep Tissue formulation. It offers better penetration efficacy and is completely plant based. Epi•Trans combines high oleic, linoleic & exotic oils with select terpenes to create a powerful trans-dermal carrier oil.
Mafura Butter:
Soothes inflammation and irritation while reducing the appearance of scarring and balancing skin's natural moisture and oil production. Our organically crafted Mafura Oil, also popularly called Cape Mahogany Oil, Natal Mahogany Oil and Trichilia Oil is cold-pressed from the bright red fleshy seeds of Trichilia emetica, an evergreen tree native to southern regions of Africa. Our Mafura Butter is sourced from Zimbabwe. Our Mafura Butter has been extracted using cold pressing, which means it is minimally processed using mechanical extraction (pressure) and low-temperature controlled conditions [at around 80-90°F (26-32°C)] to extract the oil. The phytonutrient-rich oil is then fine-filtered using a screen, to remove any significant solids or undesired impurities from the oil. No chemical solvents, no high-heat temperatures, and no further chemical refining to alter the condition (colour, scent) of the oil.
JoJoba Oil:
Rich in vitamins A, E and D, plus antioxidants and fatty acids, Jojoba Oil is able to penetrate deeply, reaching below the top layer of skin for maximum nourishment. As Jojoba Oil is so closely matched to the skin's natural oil, it is quickly absorbed, helps to hold moisture in the skin without leaving a greasy residue. Our organically crafted Jojoba Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the Simmondsia chinensis shrub, native to the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, Northern Mexico and arid California. Although referred to as an oil, Jojoba is actually a liquid plant wax with remarkably similar properties to our skin's own sebum. Our JoJoba oil is sourced from multiple producers which include, Argentina, Israel, Panama & United States.
Safflower Oil:
Our highly penetrating Organic High Oleic Safflower oil is expeller pressed from the Carthamus tinctorius plant, yielding a natural plant oil rich in essential fatty acids. This organic safflower oil variety is especially high in oleic fatty acid content (C18:1) at levels typically between 70-80%. Safflower Oil acts like a lubricant, forming a barrier that prevents water from escaping. Because it helps skin retain water, it leaves the skin radiant, soft, and smooth. It also helps to enhance the texture and tone of the skin. Our Safflower oil is sourced from Mexico.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in all plants. Containing numerous benefits, we have selected our terpenes for their anti-inflammatory & transdermal properties. Manufactured at our partner lab, they ultra-distill their raw materials and formulate in a state-of-the-art laboratory to ensure the most effective and well architected terpenes in the industry.
